The type is int, not String, and it's not being converted. I tried setting the scope of HclFileType to compiler (I'm assuming this means everywhere in the code) but that didn't work. I tried setting it to source and the error goes away, but that's not what I want. The compiler can't be the only thing setting the scope for HclFileType, otherwise any code that uses HclFileType would cause that error. What am I doing wrong?
